I can't get my sims on the sims 3 exchange :-(

Is anybody else having this problem? I've tried to load my challenge mom to the exchange 4 times and nothing. It keeps saying upload was successful, but NOTHING! So annoying!

    You need to sign in on the website then the launcher then try again should work
